- 1 pound grass-fed beef, ground
- 2 tablespoons organic, virgin coconut oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup curry
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Brown the beef with the coconut oil over medium heat in a skillet.
- Add the onions and cook until clear.
- Add the garlic, curry, salt, coconut milk, kale, and black pepper. Cook until the kale is tender (apx 5-10 minutes).
