Curry Beef


  • 1 pound grass-fed beef, ground
  • 2 tablespoons organic, virgin coconut oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup curry
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Brown the beef with the coconut oil over medium heat in a skillet.
  2. Add the onions and cook until clear.
  3. Add the garlic, curry, salt, coconut milk, kale, and black pepper.  Cook until the kale is tender (apx 5-10 minutes).
